The Short Of It...

Hello, my name is Silke Stevens and I am the founder of ConCentric Product Solutions which is my consulting service to guide you in your consumer driven food and beverage product design journey.

I specialize in helping R&D and Marketing teams to find their product sweet spot through consumer research, sensory analysis and sometimes just well done internal tastings and processes. I offer this service to businesses of all sizes around the world, ultimately improving their bottom line by ideating, developing and implementing smart products.

My Experiences....

I hold a M.S. degree In Food Chemistry from the University of Braunschweig, Germany and have over 19 years of diverse technical and strategic leadership experience in the CPG industry working for companies like E&J Gallo Winery, General Mills, EA Sween Company. Working in such small, mid-size and large companies allowed me to work on a multitude of products, from wine to cereal, yogurt, pizza, sandwiches and many more. My roles were centered around product development and optimizing sensory attributes as well as consumer perception for products and packaging.

My Passion And Skills...

With a vast amount of knowledge in quantitative and qualitative consumer research, sensory science, product development and pipeline and strategy development I will bring a well rounded perspective and approach to your product ad pipeline challenges.

I'm a strong cross-functional collaborator, coach, mentor, and change agent. I love bringing teams together and assist them in elevating their collaboration and understanding through translating technical to business language (and vice versa) and/or going on learning journeys together. Doing well organized team tastings, facilitate team meetings around product design and learning, talking directly to the core consumer and listening to what spoken or unspoken cues they give us is very powerful.

I have strong relationships across the industry and will be able to problem solve for and with you in an efficient and effective way while bringing cutting edge approaches to your company.
